Jeffrey Sanchez-Burks, Ph.D.

 
Sanchez-Burks’ research reveals how culture shapes how we think and work with others. He has published broadly on cultural variation in people’s approach to negotiations, creativity, collaboration, communication and conflict. His work has revealed core cultural divides in East-West, US-Latin America and US-European relational business practices. His research has been used to develop leadership training, executive and MBA education.
